Motivational Talk
I
believe motivation is a big key to the mind and body. Motivation helps get you
through tough obstacles. Motivation can help many people through mentally and
physical challenges. I personally motivate myself everyday; If it has to do with
school work or football practice. I’m a defender in-line and a pretty big guy.
We usually run around 8 gassers 3 times a week. On the 5th gasser, it’s
when it starts getting pretty complicated. No one is selfish in my team; we
always motivate each other to push forward and not give up.
“C’mon
Pedro, it’s the 4th quarter, don’t give up man, you got this” Coach
John demanded while I ran my last gasser. I then finished passing the line;
hearing the cheers was a sensational feeling.
I
wasn’t always a motivational person. I remember the first day of practice when
everyone had to run 8 gassers and I only had to run 3. After my first one, I
was exhausted and everyone was telling me to get up and continue. They were
trying their best to motivate me and get me back on my feet. I just thought
about myself and decided to make up an excuse to not run. I dropped down and
started to “fix” my shoe because it ‘supposedly” didn’t fit. My teammates were
disappointed in me because everyone else finished and I didn’t. I was
disappointed at myself as well. I knew that wouldn’t make me any better or make
me any fitter. Motivation and hard work is all I really need to achieve my
daily goals.
Motivation
is part of the human life. We’ve all gotten so far with just one spec of motivation.
Just think about it, if you want to invent, do, or say something, just motivate
yourself and do it. Don’t let anyone else stop you. Push yourself and
accomplish all your goals. It helped me and many other people, I’m sure it’ll
help anybody else. Its free and available anytime as well. Motivate yourself on
the daily and don’t let anyone else stop you.
